Connect Claude or ChatGPT

Use this exact OAuth MCP URL: https://use.setterflo.app/mcp. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add --transport http setterflo https://use.setterflo.app/mcp, then open /mcp and complete the browser sign-in. In a ChatGPT workspace with custom MCP apps enabled, create an app, enter that URL, choose OAuth and complete the sign-in when asked. ChatGPT availability depends on the workspace plan and settings.

Check the client name, redirect host and requested access before approving. The assistant can read only the account areas you grant and propose changes where it has both the area write permission and mcp:write. It cannot send Instagram messages, manage members or billing, or apply a proposal by itself. A coach reviews the exact before and after values in Settings > API and MCP and approves or rejects each proposed change. The assistant receives no confirmation code. Disconnect a client in that Settings page to revoke its grant and internal tokens.

Scripts using a manually issued account token can still use https://mcp.setterflo.app/mcp with Authorization: Bearer sfv2_.... Store that token securely and revoke it in Settings when finished. Claude Code setup and ChatGPT custom app setup describe each client's current menus.
