Scopes

The API reference states the scope for each public operation. Choose the smallest area scopes your integration needs. The older broad settings scopes remain available for existing tokens.

Scope	What it permits
`conversations:read`	Read conversations and messages.
`leads:read`	Read leads.
`leads:write`	Change eligible lead records.
`training:read`	Read training versions.
`training:write`	Propose training changes.
`training:approve`	Approve training, available only to platform admins.
`settings:read`	Read allowed account settings.
`settings:write`	Change allowed account settings.
`metrics:read`	Read analytics.
`mcp:write`	Enable MCP write tools alongside a resource write scope.

Area scopes include voice:read, voice:write and equivalent read and write scopes for Business, Flow, Objections, Resources, Timing, Safety, Acquisition, Modes, Notifications and Account profile. Sending messages, managing users or tokens, billing and platform administration are never available to account bearer tokens.
